    We have a website running your plugin and what we have found is that when a user calls a valid address that sendle can quote us delivery for (confirmed via their dashboard when attempting to do it manually) your plugin spits back a “There are no shipping options available” message.

    When we tested in the Sendle Dashboard it should the freight was for a total of $15. We are running Woocommerce 4.0 and the latest version of your plugin. Any advice on what we can do to rectify the issue would be greatly appreciated.

    If you create a product with the dimensions of 96 x 58 x 10 and 5kg, then attempt to deliver to any number on say Doncaster Road, Doncaster VIC 3108 as a sample address it will show this message.

    I have created a product in my demo site with
    Weight = 5 kg
    Dimensions = 96 × 58 × 10 cm

    product link : https://sendlewoocom.jooviidemo.com/?product=happy-ninja-2

    And added it to cart and the sendle shipping is working fine for me for Shipping address “Doncaster Victoria 3108”

    But it is not working for 2 products in cart.
    And adding the following notice to the wp header
    “Too large to be delivered your package volume : 0.11136m3 ”

    I have worked out why it is failing. It looks like the plugin by default doesn’t have volume sending enabled.
