Addresses not showing up and not receiving thank you email

First, I love Seamless Donations! Thank you! So easy to use and it looks great on our site.
We’ve received several donations but while the donor address info shows up on our paypal account it doesn’t show up on my wordpress site.
Also, customers aren’t receiving thank you emails. When I tested last week when we set this up I did receive a thank you email. The log says it couldn’t send email.
