addressable vertical tabs

Hi,
Does anyone know of a plugin for vertical tabs with the option to add an addressable link to each individual tab, for example this link would open tab1:

https://www.site-name.org/#tab1 and this tab2 https://www.site-name.org/#tab2

At the moment I’m using the Fruitful Shortcodes plugin which has great vertical tabs, but doesn’t have the option to give links to each tab.
Also pointers to any tutorials about creating this functionality would be much appreciated.
