Have dutifully gone through troubleshooting, but no joy. I keep getting an “address or Zipcode not found” message for any address I try, Confirmed billing is setup. When I go to the Google Console for the Civics key I see “can not parse” errors.

    Any help appreciated

Thank you for doing the troubleshooting. It is odd that it is not working. There are no errors in developer tools that account for it not working. If you are using the most recent version then it’s the same as we are using on congresslookup.com where it’s working fine. Let me ask you a few things to rule out some variables…

First, please let me know if you are using the [CongressLookup] shortcode? If not, please test with it.

Second, it is now possible to use one Google API Key (instead of two) as Google changed things a while back. If you are using two API keys, one for Maps and one for Civics, then go into Google and activate both Maps and Civics on one API key. Then enter that one key in both settings fields.

    Please report back.

Just installed the plugin, so should be latest version

Yes I am using [CongressLookup] shortcode.

Have changed to one key no change in Behavior (Maps seems fine, Civics not responding).

From what I am seeing when I go to the API console a request is being made to Civics (so something is going out) and Civics is reporting it can not parse.

    Hello @ncosgrov,

My coder and I have recently looked at your page and the form is now showing the proper results. Did you find the reason for the problem on your end? If so, please let us know as we would like to update our troubleshooting.

Sorry for the delay in responding, have been on road. Basically I deleated the keys and created a fresh pair and it started working. Note that you mentioned one key now should suffice, never got it to work with one key. Also note that Google Maps worked from get go, it was Civics saying (when not working) that is was having an issue parsing.

Hope that helps, at the moment I am good to go and thanks
