    Hi,

We are having trouble importing orders from our site to ShipStation, can you please assist us? The problem is that when our customers enter their address at checkout, the information is correctly stored in our backend database. However, when the orders are imported into ShipStation, the address is incorrect. Below is the demo address which I entered,

    My Address:
    John Doe
    1748 East Street, P.O. Box 007
    Brighton, MA 02135

    ShipStation:
    John Doe
    P.O. Box 007
    Brighton, MA 02135

In addition, this affects our delivery services and our business.

  • Hi there @sudipkhamaru ??

Absolutely! Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, enable logging as showcased here. This can be helpful for troubleshooting things. You can view the logs at: WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. Then in the logs dropdown find the appropriate ShipStation log files.

    Finally, select Save changes.

Please, go ahead with a test order after enabling logging and share the logs here with us.

Do you have ShipStation set to “standardize and correct US addresses?” If so, you should be able to click the revert link on orders as needed or disable the setting under settings > selling channels > store setup > edit store details

In the example you provided, it’s not uncommon for ShipStation to remove the street address for those orders shipping directly to a post office box located inside a postal facility. In these case of post office boxes located inside a USPS facility, the street address is not needed and is how USPS has the address stored in their database of validated addresses.
