Address not importing properly

Hi,
We are having trouble importing orders from our site to ShipStation, can you please assist us? The problem is that when our customers enter their address at checkout, the information is correctly stored in our backend database. However, when the orders are imported into ShipStation, the address is incorrect. Below is the demo address which I entered,

1748 East Street, P.O. Box 007
Brighton, MA 02135ShipStation:

Brighton, MA 02135In addition, this affects our delivery services and our business.
