Address not found on manage subscriptions

    Admin of the site is getting emails with an error of Address not found, and the email is for [email protected]. There are no comments with that email address, and the message of the email states “You have requested to manage your subscriptions to the articles….” and then it gives the site name and link to a virtual page.

    Hi,

    There are no comments with that email address

    It’s not required to leave a comment in order to subscribe to comment notifications.

    In the comment form, there’s the “You can also subscribe without commenting” link next to the checkbox for turning subscriptions on/off.

    Go to WP admin > StCR > Manage Subscriptions.

    You should see the subscription with that email address in there. Click the red trash icon to remove it.
