• Hi there,

    With the new plugin it turns out that information entered at the company name or ‘address line 2’ (which is used for ‘unit, apartment, etc) doesn’t show on the DHL label.

    We’ve had some returns as these shipping addresses weren’t correct (because they entered a company name, but it didn’t show on the label for example).

    What to do now?

    Hi,

    Do you have an answer to this? We have more packages coming back, so what should we do?

    Hi!

    It works fine now, thank you for your reply ??

    Just one more thing, the company name shows up on the line below the customer name, so the label looks like:
    * customer name *
    * Company name *
    * Adress *
    * Country *

    Is it possible to switch the customer name and company name?

    Hello josianne,

    the “customer name” ist generally in Line one so that you can still create Labels if you are sending to privat persons who don’t have a company name.

    If you need to change this for specific sendings, just put the company name into the customer name and the other way around.

    Kind regards,
    Your DHL Partnermanagement

    Hi there,

    Ok, I get that. So to confirm: the company name is treated the same way as ‘address line 2’ (where one would usually put something like ‘appartment 4’)?

    However, we don’t know when we need to switch these two. Technically, I could switch around the name and the company name before I generate a label, but with 50 orders a day that is not doable: https://prnt.sc/ivcf4q.

    Isn’t there any other solution?
