    Dear team,

I have a forminator form that counts more than 300 submissions. The issue is that my “address” column is grouped into one column while I want it to be split into 3-4 columns (address, postal code, country….).

How can I proceed ? This is quite urgent so I appreciate your prompt assistance on the matter. Kind regards

    Hello @alphamike2 !

    Hope you’re doing great today!

I’ve checked this on my site, I’m assuming that you’re referring to the CSV export from Forminator > Submissions. I’ve created a test form with an Address field and all the fields enabled, then I submitted some test values. On the export I got a CSV file with all the address fields added separately in their own columns, named such as “Address – Street Address” etc.

Is the issue occurring for you when you perform this export from the Submissions submenu or somewhere else?

Can you share an export of the form with us in that case so we can check it and advise you further? Please use a service such as https://pastebin.com to share the export as posting it here directly will make it unusable. You can export the form from the Forminator > Forms menu – click the cog icon next to the form and choose “Export”.

    Best regards,

Thanks for your quick answer ! I see where the issue is now : the csv file is formatted as follows “field1″,”field2” etc…

and some of my columns gets shifted because some of fields contains special characters such as ‘ … how do you recommend me to solve that ?

After hours of debbuging here’s the issue : some of the fields appear has Field1,Field2 and some are “Field3″,”Field4″ therefore it’s making it like this : Field1,Field2″Field3″,”Field4”

it’s therefore mission impossible to configure numbers or excel to read the file properly without having columns shifting to the left or right…

If anyone could find me the magical solution I’d be forever grateful !
