According to my mailchimp form creator, the fields should appear like this: https://i.imgur.com/7zabtxQ.jpg

    Hi nward,

The labels your seeing are sub labels for each of the fields in the address. The last field in the address is the zip.

Which version of the plugin are you using? I believe in the upcoming release (6.0) we have included the country drop down field.

I understand that they are sub labels, but the field titles are showing incorrectly. Zip Code is pushed to underneath the forms. Please see the 2nd screenshot I attached for how it should be laid out.

I am using version 5.4.3 right now.

I understand how the second screenshot appears. The sublabels associate with the fields above the labels for the address field. l So the zip text relates to the field above it. If you looks at the HTML you’ll see there is no additional field below the zip labe. Also, in this version we did not include all of the fields from the address field such as country.

The fields will not mirror the appearance of the signup for generated by MailChimp. If you need it to look that way you need to style things via CSS.
