Address bar on android Chrome won’t scroll up on certain theme

I use this great plugin in different website and with certain theme the Address bar on android Chrome won’t scroll up / auto hide.
Is a strange behaviours: the theme where this append if i disable WP Mobile Menu work normally, as soon i re enable WP Mobile Men i have the same bug.
Did you had already this issue?

this site don’t have the problem:

(use this page to debug because home page is heavy loaded with pure css animations)is hard to debug because is very specific on mobile and you can’t mimic on desktop browser
