Address bar link/title issue!

I have some issued regarding the address bar and the titles on my browser’s tab.

For example, just now, I visited one of my posts. The, I accessed the dashboard. The link changed correctly, but the title in my tab remained the title of the post.

On other occasions, for example, if I edit a page, after I am done and I click “view page”, the address bar won’t show the link of the page, so that I can copy mysite.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=1500&action=edit (which is not a shareable” link if i may).

I deactivated my plug-ins, I cleared my cache and so on. Nothing seems to be working!
