Addons Not Appearing After Clicking “Add” Button on Menu

    Hello. I created Addon Categories when I created my first food item, Catfish Fillet. When I created a new food item, Sole Fillet, I added the Addon Categories using the dropdown menu and clicked the Add button. I did this 8 times to add 8 different addons (the sides for Sole Fillet are the exact same sides for Catfish Fillet). I updated the Sole Fillet food item and refreshed the menu page, but when I click the “Add” button next to Sole Fillet and choose a pickup time, the Sole Fillet order menu does not display ANY of the addons! It displays everything else but the addon options. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

  • Hi,

    You need to check the addons you want to include on your food item.

    In your example, place a checkbox next to Small, Medium and Large.

    Sorry. I just realized that when I went back to see if there was anything I missed. Thanks for your help! I am still learning how to use this awesome plugin.
