• I have tried to activate few addons in the LoginPress plugin (Social Login, Limit Login Attempts and Hide Login) but all these addons were deactivated automatically when I refresh the page. This issue is happening on more websites.

My hosting support team checked this issue as well and their answer is:
”I’ve deactivated all of your plugins and switched the theme, have increased the site’s PHP configuration, and have checked the WordPress core files, but I haven’t been able to get this working, I’m afraid – it simply reverts all custom settings upon refreshing the page (i.e. not just “Limit Login Attempts”). I’ve also checked our internal logs, and I can’t see any indication of our platform preventing these changes from being made.”

    i have same Addons issue

    Hello dear users,

Please note you are required to downloads the addon and then activates the addon from the addons page instead of plugins page as shown in the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/YNvHyU

It is must be notified here that the development team is working on the issue to fix this in a week or so. So a user is not suppose to download the files of Add Ons. But the Add Ons will be activated by clicking it at Add Ons page.

We will surely ping you then regarding the fix

    Hi @tradu ,

That’s a relief to know. Yay.

    Hi @tradu , @smileturbans

Intending to inform you that the problem of installing the LoginPress Add Ons from Add Ons page is fixed. You no longer required to download the Add On to update them manually.
