addon_theme not set in bottom_content.php

    When “Subscribe box in Post Page” is enabled and the “Basic” theme is selected, the following messages appear:

    [23-Mar-2015 06:54:10 UTC] PHP Warning: include(addon.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/siteuser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/chimpmate/public/includes/bottom_content.php on line 3
    [23-Mar-2015 06:54:10 UTC] PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘addon.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home/siteuser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/chimpmate/public/includes/bottom_content.php on line 3

    The code expects $wpmchimpa[‘addon_theme’] to be set, but it’s not.

    Hi,
    We would recommend to apply a reset to the plugin.
    ChimpMate Settings Page -> Advanced Tab -> Reset

    Didn’t help.
