Addon Is not being printed

  • Hi ,
    I have latest WordPress and latest woo commerce in my website. However when I try to order menu item with add-ons using cloudprint features, the bill came good but without add-ons. I have pizza online delivery business for which add-ons like toppings, cheese etc are very essential. At the moment if customer order pizza with add-ons from website, my printer will only print out the main item without add-ons but with the total amount with add-ons (as per the website) .

    Please advise as it’s creating huge confusion regarding orders. Thanks.

    Also, I did check support forum. I tried sample plugin but it didn’t work or may be I did some mistake.

    I also tried using the latest beta version. Product add-ons nor checkout add-ons printed.

    I’ve sent an email to support but haven’t received a response yet. Is there another way to obtain the email solution which can print all the order info just like the order emails?

    Hi @j007w

    Could you confirm which email address you used and where you are based so that I can make sure that you are put in contact with the correct Star office.

    We do need to have some form non-public communication to set-up the email printing system, since we will need to provide you with a private server account to access it.
