    I found the problem. The Addon plugin was not active. I think I had this problem before. What is causing the Addon plugin to deactivate? Do I have to activate the Addon plugin every time the Mashshare plugin is updated?

    please install the latest update for the mashshare addon. This solves the issue.

    You can download it at https://www.mashshare.net/checkout/purchase-history/
    when you are logged in with your purchased mail address.

    If you fill in the license key you get the next updates automatically.

    Rene, my Mashshare account history only shows the Responsive addon and not the Networks addon.

    Hi,

    you purchased from two different mail addresses, so i merged your accounts into one. Now you find the other Add-On in your account as well.

    I changed a little bit the update routine. So when you installed the Add-On and make sure that your license key is activated you should receive all next updates automatically.
