    Hello, thank you for the great work on the free version of the plugin.

    I would like help understanding or finding a possible error on my website.

    Currently, I’m using 2 custom fields created with this plugin. They are hidden on the page by default with a CSS “display:none” and are displayed when clicking the “PESSOALMENTE” or “DISTRIBUIDOR” buttons.

    The custom fields are displayed correctly in the cart and during checkout, but they are not displayed in the email that the administrator receives. They also are not saved in the WooCommerce panel > Orders, and they do not appear in the vendor panel, which I’m using the Dokan plugin for.

    Looking at the support list, I noticed there’s a question exactly like mine, but the solution for their case didn’t work for me. My fields already have the “Label” field filled in. See screenshots:

    I see you have another plugin that is also altering the product info as I spotted a field that is not from our plugin? See screenshot: https://i.snipboard.io/UHNpMi.jpg

    What happens if you deactivate that plugin?

    Hello, thank you for responding quickly.
    I use the Dokan plugin to maintain my structure of Seller Shops. I disabled the Dokan plugin, ran a test, and the necessary fields appeared with the information filled on the product page.

    I reactivated the Dokan plugin and the fields continued to work.
