    Hello,

    I would like to know how to send a new notification to the client when i add additionnal tracking number in the order while the order is even in Completed status.
    For exemple, there is an issue with a completed command so i want to send products again, but when i add the new tracking number, there is no mail that is sent to the client.

    Hi @kamzflo,

    Currently, our plugin doesn’t include an option to automatically send an additional completed email when you add a new tracking number to an order that’s already in the Completed status.
