Additional Weight in Shipping Tax/Cost Calculation

    How can I add an additional weight to be calculated int shipping taxes? i have a custom code that based on CSV add additional weight to cart totals. I noticed that the weight is changed in the hook woocommerce_review_order_before_submit but it not calculated in the shipping rates on order review. I have set all my rates with your plug in. I have tried also the hook woocommerce_before_calculate_totals or woocommerce_package_rates or woocommerce_checkout_update_order_review but nothing work. There’s a custom filter plug-in for my purpose ?

    please give us an example calculation of what you are trying to do.
    If I understand correctly, you wish to add tax based on weight?
