    Hi. When I try to add an additional video link to my product, it gives an error upon playing. Here’s a screenshot to show what I mean. https://prnt.sc/xjM6N05PBAxL I tried an instagram link and it didn’t work. Then youtube and again it didn’t work even though the link is correct and clickable.

    I understand that the video link such as Instagram and YouTube links added to your product’s page is not working as expected.

    Can you please share with us the step-by-step procedure on how did you add these links to your product’s page so that we could address you more effectively?

    If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Furthermore, For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
