    After making a subscription purchase, the customer receives the “Subscription is Now Active” email and the “You have a new account” email, quickly without issue. Yet when trying to log into their account, they are met with the following message:

    VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Additional verification is required for login. If there is a valid account for the provided login credentials, please check the email address associated with it for a verification link to continue logging in.”

    Yet that email never comes. I have tried it myself with two different email addresses and I never receive the verification email. Not in spam/junk folder.

    Ideas?

    Hello @jma914133 ,

    Do you have any additional plugins that might restrict your users to access their account? Some plugins come with a feature that prevents users from logging in before an administrator has approved their account.

    Navigate to Dashboard -> Users -> All Users and check to see if the newly created users need approval or not.
