Additional user role info not displaying

Hello,
I set up my default user role form to include a fixed number of image uploads and text boxes in the “About” tab.
I want to give a certain limited number of users access to additional image uploads, so I created an additional user role (let’s call it user role #2) and I added that user role #2 to the member directory.
The form for user role #2 has a similar number of fields as the default user form, except that it also has an additional Master Row that conatins a few additional image upload fields and text box fields.
So I got all of this set up. Then I went to switch a sample user from the default user role to user role #2. After I did that, the user’s profile is now completely blank, and the edit profile page is completely blank also, with no input fields displaying.
If I switch the user back to the default user role, the images do reappear. But as I said, I want to give certain users additional image uploads by switching them to user role #2.
How do I fix this?
