Additional support staff in Tickets Filter

    Hi. We have the free version of the plugin.

    We would like to know if in the Tickets filter it is possible to display in addition to the agents also an additional staff filter field. Thx in advance.

    Thank you for your question. Currently, we have two filters available: one for agents and another for users. All associated staff members will be included in the relevant filters.
