Additional Subscription Forms

I have a main ‘newsletter subscription’ form on my site, but would like to add checkboxes to several other forms that allow people to subscribe to the same newsletter from other places on the site. It’s not clear to me how to accomplish this using the settings for the plugin. I can’t tell if this is something that is even possible with any sort of premium version. I have a paid SendinBlue account. Any ideas or guidance appreciated.
