additional settings on contact form not working

Hi. we have additional settings set up for our contact form so when the form submits successfully it will take them to another page which confirms to them that we’ve received their contact request.
The form additional settings tab has the following code:
on_sent_ok: "location = https://raidersignage.com/thankyou/';"however, upon submission of both forms, it does not take you to this page. it just refreshes the form page. The form is working, just not the followup action mention above. Each form is located at:
https://raidersignage.com/contact/
https://raidersignage.com/estimate/thank you for any help to resolve this.
