Additional services option on products

Hi!

I need to add an option for users to choose if they want an additional service or not (assembly in our case). I need it to say it’s for an assembly, the price (which is fixed for all products) AND there needs to be a description (example: The place needs to be pre-prepared).

What would be the best approach for this?
