Additional product information

Hi,
I need to add more detailed shipping information to each products, but we wouldn’t like to add these manually to the short product information, because these will change often.
It would be great to have some new taxonomie for this and make possible to choose or modify it with one click or make possible to bulk edit this information.
The additional information will be only short text (3 versions only) and it have to show also on the single product page, in very transparent position, for example under the add to chart button, before the categories.
Please be so kind and help me, how can I reach it?
Is there any plugin, which support additional product information?
