• Hi there;

I have an issue with this plug-in on my site. When i try to add a additional product for a variable product (i’ve added only one additional product), additional product seems duplicated. I also notice that “4” appears on Add to Cart button (even though i haven’t added any product to cart yet)

I also tried to explain this issue on a screenshot, you may see it on the link.
    https://prnt.sc/m6S5-swvTADx

I think that plug-in clashes/conflicts with my variable products, what do you think? And any suggestions to solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @tsirkeci,

For your issue, we need to check your site first because there may be a conflict between our plugin and your theme or another plugin used on your site.

Therefore, can you please kindly send your site link for us to help you as soon as possible?

    Hi @miemie

Thank you for your support. Here is a link of my site that i tried plug-in on one product.

    https://terakota.co/urun/aglaonema-flamingo/

I checked our demo site and see it still work normally

There might be an incompatibility with your theme and other plugins

In order to check if this is an issue triggered by another plugin or from inside our plugin, please follow my below instructions. I need to make sure that our plugin is functional with the basic WooCommerce & theme on your site or not.

    – Create a full backup of your site and keep it in a safe place.

    – Updates all current active plugins on your site to the latest versions, so do WooCommerce and WordPress, too.

    – Switch the theme on your site to the WPClever theme.

    – Deactivate all other plugins, except for WooCommerce & our plugin.

    – Check the front-end behavior.

Please follow these steps. If after taking these steps and our plugin is working again, then it’s another plugin or theme on your site has caused this, you can find that out by reactivating plugins one by one to find the culprit.

    Hi @miemie

Thank you for your detailed answer.

I realized a new behavior on my site about this plug-in and want to tell you.

If i use this plug-in on a simple/basic product, it works fine but i use it on a variation product, it conflicts as i told before.

Here is examples of this behavior.

Example 1 (Main product is simple/basic product and additional product is simple/basic product)

    https://terakota.co/urun/tabure/

Example 2 (Main product is a variation product and additional product is simple/basic product)

    https://terakota.co/urun/aglaonema-flamingo/

as a result, i think that this conflict is about variation. Please check the links, if you still recommend to do what you said in your previous post, i’ll do them step by step.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @tsirkeci,

I’ve checked your links and I can find that everything works fine now. If you would like to hide the product quantities counter on add to cart button, you can go to the general settings of this plugin >>> Hide in Counter on the add to cart button >>> Update option https://imgur.com/a/PBfYNvF

    Hello @miemie,
I have exactly the same problem on my website.
Your plugin works as expected with simple products.
But I have added now the first variable product and all “bought together” products are duplicated.
I have also added it “above the cart”

    You can see it here:
    https://portablepower.pl/product/bluetti-poweroak-eb55-700w-537wh-stacja-zasilania/

    Im using the Divi theme.

    Edit:
Problem is created only with this setting:
“Position: Above add to cart button”

But its the position I need.`

I had to change the placement of additional product. It still makes conflict when i want to place “above add to cart button”
