• Hi there,

    I’m currently looking to set up a support form on a website I am creating for a client. I wish to have a support form that gives the user an option to use the drop down function to specify what problems they are having etc. So in the case they would select a technical issue rather than a general enquiry, would it be possible to have the contact form automatically adjust so that the query gets redirected to a different or additional email address? If this can be done, how is it best set up?

    Apologies if there is any references to this already. I was unable to find it in the faq page.
