Additional options on checkout page

Hello there! I would like to know, how to add uniq shipping options for products on check out page, I’m seling digital products and for some products I’m offering fast delivery for some extra fee:

for example for product #1 I’m offering: 30$ – 5 hours deivery, 20$ 10 hours delivery, 15$ 20 hours delivery

for product #2 I’m offering: 10$ – 1 hours deivery, 20$ 3 hours delivery, 15$ 10 hours delivery

It should be uniq for each product, so I can set it up myself, when customer clicks on any delivery option on checkout page it should be added to his cart balance.

how can I do that?
