Additional menus added when rotating ipad

    Hi! I am having trouble with the primary menu being added automatically when someone is using an iPad, specifically when they rotate from landscape to portrait. Even when I set it to primary menu only (no toggle for mobile) it adds a second menu. I can’t find a setting to change this.

    Any suggestions? I have an image but I can’t post as there is no URL.
