additional MC fields and groups

Hi Muneeb,

I bought your premium plugin this evening and I’ve been having some battles configuring it with my Mailchimp list.

I have a Mailchimp list that has 3 compulsory fields:
First name
Last name
Email address

Your default theme only seems to support two mailchimp flelds.
When I tried submitting the form I get this error: “An unknown error occured – MMERGE2 must be provided – Please enter a value” This is the last Name field in my list.

I also have a number of Mailchimp groups set up which aren’t supported by the default theme.

So I’ve tried embedding my Mailchimp form using your html theme.
You can see what I’m talking about on my staging site here.

This all looks fine but now when I click the submit button a new window is opened and the popup stays open.
This also happens when there is a validation error.

Is it possible to add the lastname field and Mailchimp groups to the default template?
(the other problem I had with the default theme was the

with the green tick boxes – I couldn’t find a way to remove this)

If not then is it possible using the html theme to at least close the popup when the submit button is clicked?

I can see you’ve put a lot of work into your plugin and I appreciate any support you can provide me.
