    Hi @autogarsas

I quickly checked your website. WPM is not active on it.

Are you sure you are asking support for the right plugin?

I have Google Ads Conversion ID Active
and Google Ads Purchase Conversion Label Active

    That’s the correct plugin ??

But I don’t see anything that the plugin normally outputs in the HTML source of your page.

So there must be something blocking it.

Either your website shows a cached version without WPM active. In that case delete the cache or disable caching entirely for a moment.

Or, you have a deprecated filter enabled that deactivates WPM.
    Search for add_filter( 'wgact_cookie_prevention', '__return_true' ); in functions.php. If it’s there, delete it.

    Let me know once done.

Ok, probably know why you cant see it. Its disabled on every page, fires only at checkout page.
But it was working before with this setup.

Also, at google ads webpage i see:
    Last seen
    11 Apr 2022 (Today)
    Last conversion recorded
    9 Apr 2022 (2 days ago)

But in stats in campaings i cant see any conversion from middle of March.

    P.S. No any cookie_prevention in functions.php

    How did you disable it?

You should keep it enabled on all pages, otherwise conversion tracking will be impaired significantly.

That means conversions are being recorded. You’ll have to contact Google Ads support to find out why you don’t see it in the campaign overview. Probably just a filter.

Yup thats strange why google ads says it sees conversions but cant see in campaigns.
Ok, so i enabled back pixel manager on every page.

Also, just noticed that i had covid on March 22 and sitted at home, was messing with pixel manager and facebook ads. (first time tryied to do fb ads, and wanted to see conversions, so used pixel manager, yep)
coincidence, last conversion is March 20?
last backup i have is 2022-03-14, maybe just go this way? :DDD

No. I wouldn’t roll back to an old backup of thw website. If Google Ads sees the conversion pixel now, at least something is working correctly. And if you don’t see the conversion in your campaigns, but only in the conversion setup right now, then it must be some error in your Google Ads interface. A rollback to an old backup will not fix this.

As I said, probably it’s a filter that you’ve set. Support for that you’ll have to seek at Google Ads support.
