Additional Information Title not showing in Checkout

I’m not quite sure if I understand your question. Can you please share with us some screenshots with more information about what do you expect to see and where?

I understand you would like to add “Additional Information” text above the order notes field in the checkout. This is not available by default in WooCommerce. You can either use the extension Checkout Field Editor or customize the checkout page with custom coding.
