Additional information does not work

Can you try to disable all other plugins and try again? There is probably a JS conflict with another plugin.

If it works with all other plugins disabled, then try to enable them again one by one until you found the one that causes the conflict.

You can instead of disabling all plugins simply check the browser console for any JS errors. Once a JS error happened, no other JS scripts will be executed anymore, so code from other plugins will break.

I disabled all the plugins an reinstall and don’t work. I install de in other wordpress with the simple tample and plugins to add additional information works well.

I don’t know what to do.
