    <p>[text* name placeholder"Name"]</p>

    <p>[email email placeholder"Email"]</p>

    <p>[text phone placeholder"Phone"]</p>

    <p>[textarea* message x5 placeholder"Brief Description of Your Legal Issue"]</p>

    <p>[checkbox* disclaimer "I have read the"] <a href="/disclaimer" target=_blank">disclaimer</a>.<br /><a href="/privacy-policy" target="_blank">Privacy Policy</a>.</p>

    <p>[captchac captcha-661][captchar captcha-661 placeholder"Enter the Code"]</p>

    <p>[submit "Send"]</p>

Also, does not validate for me, any suggestion?

    I use Reply-to:<[your-email]>

Reply-to:<[email protected]> is working, just to let you know.

Your “email” field isn’t a required field, so it can be empty. When its value is empty, both Reply-to: <[email]> and Reply-to: [email] are invalid syntax. Make the field required (email*).

I have my [your-email] field required, so this is not the reason.

I made the email field required and it now validates.

    Thanks
