Additional Header Widget Placement

I would like to add a translation dropdown under the social icons top right of the MAKE theme.

Maybe via a widget area I presume? I have the header as ‘sticky’ so the widget would have to take this into consideration. Or I could maybe call the widget in some way?

I am viewing the site in Safari on a Mac.

I have tried but to no avail, any help gratefully received.
