Additional Fields pre set up

Hello,

We are using free plugin version right now and looking to buy next levels but before that I just wanted to confirm if we add “additional fields” to our checkout page how can we make sure under certain usernames the additional fields are always pre-setup aswelll so customers do not have to do multiple times.

For example we have parents signing up multiple kids so how can we make sure under one parent username there are multiple childern profile and based on profile they click they can have “additional fields” pre set up.

Usually billing information is always pre set up under specific username.
