Additional fields not showing up in confirmation page or emails

I have created 2 additional fields to be shown before the order notes (order notes are also engaged):
- Radio button with 2 options
- Date field
All the fields are showing on the checkout page correctly.
Only the radio button shows on the checkout confirmation page but NOT the date field or the order notes field.
Nothing shows up in the email confirmation not even the WooCommerce standard Order Notes field.

@wowiwe Hello mate, we see that you have an older version of the plugin, could you please update to version 6.4.0 and check if the issue persists?
