Additional fields not showing up in Cart or Order data

    Act as though you’re checking out with this page and select things from all drop downs and fill-in words to text the text boxes. When you add to cart and view cart, some of the data from the “Child” bracelet drop down sections are missing. It also doesn’t show up when people order so I don’t know what they selected.

    Hi,

    I see the issue is with same label/titles of fields, please use different labels and it will show just fine.

    Like you have two same: Notate Birth Month(s)
