how to disable an empty additional field – not required

The plugin is working perfectly.The only issue is that at the checkout page, after the two fields for email and email validation respectively, there is a blank field. If I deactivate the plugin, then this field dissappear.

I am running a woocommerce theme, the hotel ( https://woocommerce.com/products/hotel/ ), I also has a plugin from woo commerce to edit the checkout fields (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/ ).

However in the checkout field editor I do not see the email validation field neither the empty fields

Is there any way to disable that empty field?
