additional fee percentage not applied to other checkout form price addons

Hi,

I have to custom fields i’ve created with this plugin:

1. Add a variable fee (depending on the product) for delivery
2. Add a 3% additional charge for PayPal checkout

Both fields work, as in they add a fee and 3% to the sub-total.

However, the 3% added in #2 does not include the additional fee from #1 in it’s calculation.

So, if the sub total was $300, and the delivery charge was $56, totalling $356, the 3% surcharge is calculated on the $300, not the $356.

Any suggestions?
