Additional empty text input field on the phone number prefix field

  • When i updated the addon to the latest version , my forms stopped submitting because an empty text field was showing next to the country phone number prefix dropdown, and it was not auto populating either and was required, so form was not submitting. also lots of overlapping. please let me know how to fix this in the latest version, currently I have reverted the plugin to an older version.

    Here is the form link on staging site, I have updated to the latest version, here you can see it is giving an input field as well and its overlapping and i am able to type in the text. Before updating it was working fine.

    As I check your form. You are using two different fields. One is with country dial code text input inside the “ph-prefix” Div.
    Another one is the contact form 7 standard input field.
    So please use one input field either country dial code input or contact form 7 standard input.
    You are using some additional css. So you field hide under the pre-fix dials list.

    After the CSS fixes, it will display like this. I hope this will help you and you can fix the CSS conflicts.

    But I didnot add the text input field with the ph-prefix div , this is how the form has been working for a very long time, but as soon as I update the plugin the issue shows
