Additional default field to entry possible?

  • Is it possible to add an additional default field to entry editing page?
    For example I would like my every entry look something like this –

    Time/Date

    Entry text Entry text Entry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry textEntry text.

    music: <the title I input in the field I ask about>

    Ideas anyone? Is there a step-by-step how to do it?
