additional CSS class to identify users logged in thanks to their IP address

Hi, first of all thanks for this great plugin.

For my project it would be helpful to have an additional class added to the body element in all frontend pages, similarly to the “logged-in” one.
This could help a lot to customize the experience of users that are logged in by default due to their IP address (configured in the Password Protected settings).

Eg. my users should not see the logout button (as the action cannot be performed, for obvious reasons).
