Additional checkboxes on new user registration

    Hi all.

    We have an online pet shop. We want when a new user is register on our eshop to ask some thinks about him.
    (What is your pet? > dog, cat, bird…)

    So we want Additional checkboxes on new user registration page, and we want customer check one or more checkboxes, so in future to send specific newsletter to him.

    We want this small vote to appear on new user registration page and checkout (if the new user registration is done on the checkout page)

    Any idea or plugin?
