Additional checkbox for newsletter subscription (otherwise not)

  • Hi,

    We have a contact form which should be extended with a checkbox for OPTIONAL newsletter subscription.

    How is it possible for the page visitor to sign up for a newsletter subscription as soon as he activates the additional checkbox?

    This is how the form should look like:
    – eMail address
    – Name
    – Text
    – Checkbox for newsletter subscription
    – Checkbox for privacy policy
    – SEND

    Note: When visitor does not activate “Checkbox (for newsletter subscription)” he should of course not get a newsletter.

    You will need to integrate the contact form checkbox with a marketing automation platform.

    When the checkbox is activated the form will submit the information to the marketing automation platform you are using and save the details to a specific list.

    I can help you but only if I know which marketing automation platform you are using?

    Can you please give me a PlugIn recommendation.

    I am using MailPoet.
    Unfortunately I cannot realize this with MailPoet.

    Hopefully there is an alternative
