Additional box appearing after update

I have the exact same problem..

I had the same issue. Turns out this is where Yoast SEO would insert breadcrumbs if you had the option enabled.

To remove the box you can do so with CSS by going to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Custom CSS and adding the following:

.breadcrumbs { display: none; }
