Additional 2% PMPro application fee when using Stripe payments

    I’ve been dipping my toe into adding a membership area to my website using the free version of PMPro.

    I’ve noticed when making a membership sale via stripe that in addition to the standard stripe processing fee there’s an additional 2% charged for a “Paid Memberships Pro application fee”.

    Is this expected? I couldn’t find any reference to this fee on the PMPro website or www.remarpro.com plugin page for PMPro.

    Is this “application fee” only charged when using the free version of PMPro or also when using the paid PMPro Standard or Plus subscription.
