Adding Year to Blog Posts

We had our non-profit website built using WordPress and are now trying to figure out how to make changes and edits ourselves. One issue we have is that the blog posts show only the month and day, but not the year posted. Our site was built using the theme “Tasty.” I’ve seen several posts referencing PHP and the date, but I have no idea where to go in the dashboard to access this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
